Who We Are
The Goomalling Community Resource Centre was established in 1999.
It is an incorporated body with a voluntary committee.
Our Reason For Being
Responsive to community needs. We build the skills and capacity of community members. We provide access, deliver programs and services with and on behalf of partners and stakeholders. We promote Goomalling experiences and assets.
Our Vision
To provide local leadership, to grow our community and create opportunities for Goomalling.
Our Mission
A local, community led organisation that can attract as well as deliver value, capacity and skills to members of our community.

To join our library you will need a proof of identity document that confirms your local address.

We offer high-quality photo printing, using our multifunction colour printer.

Yes we do, we do room hire for $22 per hour or $132 for the whole business day 9AM - 5PM.

Yes, we do, “Better Beginnings” is on every Friday during the school term at 10:30 am. We sing songs, read a book, and do crafts. All are very welcome!

Yes, we offer colour and black-and-white printing.
A4 printing is 30 cents per page for B/W and $1 per page for colour.
A3 is $1 per page for B/W and $3 per page for colour.

Yes, we do scanning and emailing for $2.20

Yes, we do laminating it costs $1 per page for A4 and $2 per page for A3.

Yes we do, this service does have to be booked in advance and it costs $37.50 per hour.

Yes we do for $2.20 for 15 minutes (or part thereof).

We are open Monday - Friday
9 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4 pm

We host many different events throughout the year for example:
- Two school holiday activities every school holiday.
- The Biggest and Smallest Morning Tea in May in aid of the Cancer Council.
- Two markets each year: our Sundowner markets in October at the Goomalling oval and our Homestead markets in April at the Historic Slater Homestead.
- We have a Girls Night In once a year in aid of the Cancer Council.
- The Community Christmas Tree every year in December.
- And much more.

There is an assortment of adult and children fiction and nonfiction books, DVDs and adult audio books.
We also have donated books and DVDs that can be accessed by visitors and are non-returnable.
